Do you run the gas and electric?
We coordinate the utility work as part of the build so it's roughed in before the masonry goes up — not chased through afterward.
Will it survive a Maryland winter?
The masonry and surfaces we use are built for freeze-thaw. Appliances get covered or pulled depending on the model.
Can it match my existing patio?
Usually. If your pavers are still in production we'll match them; if not, we'll find a deliberate complement rather than a near-miss.
