Our Warranty
Last updated: July 31, 2026
King Cuts Landscaping stands behind the work we build. This page is a plain-language overview of the warranties that apply to our projects. The specific coverage, length, and terms for your project are set out in your signed project agreement, which is the binding document if anything here ever conflicts with it.
Workmanship warranty
We warrant our installation workmanship against defects. If a covered issue traces back to how we built it, we'll make it right.
There is no single industry-wide warranty length in hardscape and landscape work, and we don't advertise one, because it would be misleading. The coverage period depends on the scope of your project and the materials installed — a segmental retaining wall, a paver driveway, and a planting bed are different builds with different failure modes and different manufacturer terms behind them. Your warranty period is set out in writing in your signed project agreement before work begins, so you know exactly what it is for the work you're actually buying. Ask us during the estimate and we'll tell you up front.
Manufacturer & material warranties
The pavers, wall systems, and other products we install carry their own manufacturer warranties. Where a manufacturer offers a limited or lifetime product warranty, that coverage passes through to you, subject to the manufacturer's terms and any registration requirements.
Plantings & landscape
Living material is handled differently from hardscape. Any plant, sod, or seed warranty — along with the care you're responsible for — is described in your project agreement. Our care guides cover how to protect new plantings while they establish.
What isn't covered
Warranties generally don't cover normal wear, minor efflorescence or natural color variation in concrete products, settling within industry tolerances, damage from misuse or neglect, alterations made by others, or events outside our control such as severe weather. Your project agreement lists the full set of exclusions.
