Walkways
A walkway is the first thing your guests see. We build paths and entry approaches that drain, stay level through the freeze-thaw, and make the front of the house look finished.

How wide should a walkway be?
Four feet lets two people walk side by side, which is what a front approach should do. Secondary paths can go narrower.
Why do walkways get uneven?
Thin base and no edge restraint. The pavers migrate and the freeze-thaw lifts them. The fix is under the surface, which is why we don't shortcut it.
Can you add lighting?
Yes — low-voltage path lighting goes in during the build, so there's no trenching through a finished walkway later.
