Complete Backyard — Pool, Patio & Walkways

This was a whole-property renovation, and it began where so many do: with concrete that had failed. The pool was renovated in full, from new tile, coping, and plaster through to the plumbing, lighting, and equipment behind it, and every bit of the old surrounding concrete was taken out.

In its place went sandblasted marble with artificial turf inlays, carried through to a new front walkway in the matching stone so the front and back of the property read as one piece of work. Brick retaining walls hold the grade, a custom outdoor kitchen anchors the entertaining side, and a purpose-built pool-deck drainage system pulls water off the surface instead of letting it sit. New lighting, planting, and ongoing maintenance keep it looking the way it did the day we handed it over.
