Waterfront Pool & Deck Renovation

This waterfront renovation began with the problem we see most often: concrete around the pool that had failed, and a pool that needed work of its own. Both were handled together — new tile, coping, plaster, plumbing, lighting, and equipment for the pool, and the old deck removed rather than resurfaced over.

The new hardscape is built in Techo pavers — decking, walls, steps, and walkways — with a stone-veneer spa and raised wall worked into the layout, and custom coping tying the water's edge together. Flagstone stepping stones run through the plantings, and new sod, outdoor lighting, and ongoing landscape maintenance finished the property.
